If you're not satisfied with CFTrack for any reason, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to slpcftracker@gmail.com from the address you used to create your account. Include "Refund request" in the subject line. We'll process it within 2 business days and you'll see the funds returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your data
After a refund is processed, your account's full access is revoked and you'll be returned to the paywall. Your CF log data is retained for 30 days so you can reconsider — if you repurchase within that window, everything will still be there. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed. If you're experiencing a technical issue that's preventing you from using the app, please reach out before requesting a refund — we'd rather fix the problem.
